I don't exactly understand this designation. Stab of the nachrichten zug or nachrichten zug of the stab of flak regiment 24 ? And the number -4- is refferred to what ?

Stabs-Nachrichtenzug/Flak-Regiment 24 = Headquarters Signals Platoon/Antiaircraft Regiment 24.

I think refers to 4. Flak-Division...

If the number 4 is stamped on the EM, it is the matriculation number.

Armin is correct. The only other possibility that comes to mind might be that the entry is Item #4 on a list of names other than Erkennungsmarken.
