Procedure for starting an Me - 109

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to type up the procedure for starting an Me - 109 and taking off to fly?

Don't know if it's much use to you, but I'd suggest you go to Osh-Kosh at the next years EAA "festival", I saw a lot of reprinted manuals there, ME109 included.

I belive they were most translated to english though, or reprints of WW2 reports.
