Any of you can tell me how many aircraft were made in German industries in 1944?

One friend said 44.000 aircraft produced in 1944, I think it´s wrong.

Sept-Dec 1939=2518
1940=10247
1941=12401
1942=15409
1943=24807
1944=40593
Jan-May 1945=7539

Total=113514

In 1944 the breakdown by type is
bombers=2287
fighter=25285
ground attack=5496
reconn=1686
seaplanes=141
transport=443
gliders=111
communication=410
training=3693
jet aircraft=1041

According to graph of WW2 aircraft production on plate 175 of the book The Illustrated Encyclopedia of Military Aircraft: 1914 to the Present by Enzo Angelucci shows, there were 39,800 German aircraft produced in 1944. Therefore, this figure is more reasonable than what your friend had said.
