If you look for the correct name, you will find him in Hildebrand.

Hello Askropp
When You write above "You´ll find him in Hildebrand" do You mean that more volumes of the Generals (from "M" to "S" or more) have been in the meantime published ?
Back to Seeboth, I only find him as Reichskriegsgerichtsrat beim Reichskriegsgericht on 3.1.39
When promoted to Gen.Richter ? He must have retired soon as he is not listed in later lists, any particular assignment (from sept. 39 until retirement) ? Is there a photo available ?
Thanks. Rossano

As unpleasant as it is, you should finally realize that there will be no more books of the "Generale" series. Bradley is dead, Biblio-Verlag has been dissolved and their biographical collection has been sold. Hildebrand was the author of the Luftwaffe series, which has been completed 30 years ago. As Seeboth was a Luftwaffenbeamter, you will find his bio there (also among the ABR remnants in the web).

Regards,
Albert

Sorry, I knew nothing about all those stories (otherwise I would have not bothered You......)
But I don´t understand, Seeboth is listed in jan. 39 as Heeres-Reichskriegsgerichtsrat, so I didn´t know that he entered later in the Luftwaffe

Maybe you could tell me where he is listed in January 1939?

I told You above, in the list of 3.1.39 ("Heereseinteilung 1939", Podzun-Pallas-Verlag).
As he was listed as Heer officer, when I read above that he became Gen.Richter I thought that he still was in Heer, so I was surprised to later read that he had become a Luftwaffe officer.
When did he move to Luftwaffe, before or after sept. 39 and when promoted to Gen.Richter ?

I thought this book is based on the 1938 DAL? I didn't know it included Beamte. Seeboth was transferred this way and that way. All what I know about his career is from Hildebrand (here is the translated ABR version).

No DAL, but Einteilung (complete list of all Heeres-Offiziere, no Beamte) with their assignments in date 3rd jan. 1939 (under Reichskriegsgericht there is a small list of Reichskriegsgerichtsräte, incl. Seeboth.....)
