Karl Kriebel (February 26, 1888 - November 28, 1961).

CO of the 56th Infantry Division from September 1939 to July 24, 1940 and CO of the 46th Infantry Division July 24, 1940 to September 17, 1941. Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross on July 4, 1940 as Generalmajor and CO of the 56th Infantry Division. Designated to integrate the Court of Honor that expelled the military members of the resistance against AH (August 1944).
