Hi

I am searching info on the early career of the Oberst in Luftwaffe Karl Faber. He was born 04.08.1889 in Gassenbach, Untertaunus.

I knew that he joined the Army on 01.03.1910 and got abschied 31.03.1920.

He served in the stab of Polizei Flieger Abteilung Mittel-Deutschland 01.04.1920 until 14.03.1921.

Anyone who have added info on him ?

Gunnar

Thanks for added info !

According to one source he served the last two Years in WW1 as observer within the Fliegertruppe, but I have so far been unable to identify his flying units.
