Enclosed is the only information I have about him. He was one of the Gebirgsjäger who were parachuted on Narvik by the end of May 1940. Any more info about about him will be welcome.

In the Osprey Military book, "German Mountain & Ski Troops 1939-1945" (Elite Series No. 63) by Gordon Williamson (1996), there is a portrait photograph of Adam Ebner with his RK and clearly showing both the Narvik-Schild and the Fallschirmschützen-Abzeichen. If you haven't read/seen it already, then the book is easily obtainable...
