Gentlemen,

I maybe wrong but on post#1143 that German Hauptmann looks like he was awarded the Knight's Cross that was converted from an Iron Cross Second Class.

Hans-Dieter Cieslewicz who was with the 112th Infantry Division had four tank destruction badges. Source is from Wehrmacht Awards Forum. Thread is "Soldbuch For A Super Soldat!" of Wehrpass Soldbuch,and Military ID Forum. He was is in all four branches of the Wehrmacht. Heer,Luftwaffe(Parachute 1st Division),Waffen-SS,and Kriegsmarine!
