Alif, please do a search before adding names to the thread. Baindner is already listed and has been discussed in the hread on several occasions.

I found that pic on the net, and when I saw that he is Panzerknacker, the first thing that came in my mind is this thread...

No problem Alif, glad that you want to contribute anyway.
Roger, yes I have that (original) photo and many others of Jochims in my collection. Thanks for adding Walischewski, that's a very nice phoograph of him. Do you know if his Ehrenblattspange was connected to his tank destruction badges?

Re: Die Panzerknacker- the holders of the tank destruction badge
Hi Daniel
I do not know why he received the ehrenblattspange, but it would be a good reason to get a nomination
when you have pictures that you would like to be published on my website, always feel free to contact me
[email protected]
I am still looking for photos from several DKiG holders
cheers

An updated list based on the information in this thread has been posted at http://www.axishistory.com/index.php?id=1698
Please post your additions and corrections to the list here, thanks. Of special interest is the units for the holders where we are currently missing that data.
Thanks everyone for all the excellent data shared in this thread!

Re: Die Panzerknacker- the holders of the tank destruction badge
dear sir
only two little corrections:
regarding Anding Friedrich: it's a common mistake show that he had 18 kills, as his western germany uniform show 1 tdb in gold (for 5) and one in silver; his wehrmacht photo showed that he had only six in silver.Further, his after report action tell us that he destroy 6 enemmy tanks and win a kc (toward the end of the war, a soldier win a kc if he destroy at least 5 tanks; see french volunteers on Berlin in "45)
regarding Vincenz: he report 21 kill but his photo showed only 7; he had no give details of his winnings, and by now he is passed away.
on a german site i had read that, somentime, was common to let multiply a kill for tree, so for anding 6x3=118 e for vincenz 7x3=21
Best regards
carlo

Re: Anding and Viezenz
Can someone confirm this or makes another statement ? Or, simple questions, instead going again through this thread and other references - does somebody know and is able to summarize the situation about those two ?
1) Facts -> numbers per photos, action reports, documents, award proposals, etc. + sources
2) Different info/claims , resulting from difficulties of determinating the colour of the badges, the counting system, or similar things
