Lehrer a.Waffenmeister Schule Standort Payersbach ??
10.11.1938 - 25.10.1939 – O Wolfgang Stahr
RE : Heereswaffenmeister-Schulen

Besides the Waffenmeisterschule I at Berlin-Treptow there was the second one

Heereswaffenmeisterschule II , Payerbach (Semmering , Niederösterreich, WK XVII)

source : Tessin
it reads Payerbach : http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Payerbach

not quite sure at the moment about the formation date of the new school "II" at Offenburg/Baden -> 15.10.1941

Apparently there was a part by part moving to the new garrison (?), completed in 1943.

Pionierschulen -> precising / details / open points

At first there was the Pionierschule der Reichswehr at München
(the former Infanterieschule which was moved to Dresden finally in 1926)

So, the start should be :

Pionierschule München ( [1920] - 1936 ; named Pi.S I : 01.05.1935 )

moved to and still named "I" (at least named "I" on 26.08.1939)

Pionierschule I , Berlin-Karlshorst (* 01.10.1936 ; barracks built 1936-38)

sources : Tessin ,
http://209.85.135.104/search?q=cache:Hc ... e&ie=UTF-8

remark :
I own a copy of a 64 pages booklet of the Museum Berlin-Karlshorst (visited in the 90s). Unfortunately there is nothing too much inside about the early days of the Pionierschule, especially no exact dates. For sure the institution started schooling in 1937 (evidence by a photo : "Lehrkörper der Pionierschule, 1937" , page 6 of the booklet). So, I take it the 01.10.1936 was the official start date of the school (by order ; moving from Munich).

Kommandeur at Munich (and early days at Karlshorst [?])
add by Dmitrij 2 : Pionierschule I Berlin-Karlshorst
Kdr :
1.10.1933 - 1.02.1937 - Oberstlt. / Oberst (1.10.1934) Ernst Jesse

Source :
http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic.php?t=33434
According to the info included in the link above (info by Glenn2438)
Ernst Jesse: 21 May 1889 - 4 Mar 1937 (died)
So, most probably, Oberst Jesse was seriously ill at the end of his command in jan/feb 1937.

going on with
Pionierschulen -> precising / details /

open points : the changes in numbering are simultaneously logical but also a bit confusing
-> what's not 100% clear to me is the connection between Speyer and Rosenheim ("2"), resp. the changes between these schools (parts).

Pionierschule I , Berlin-Karlshorst
renamed 01.10.1942
Festungspionierschule , Rehagen-Klausdorf (* 01.10.1942)

Pionierschule II , Dessau-Roßlau (named "II" : 26.08.1939)
renamed Pi.S "1" on 01.10.1942

Pionierschule III , Rosenheim (* 1942)
renamed Pi.S "2" on 01.10.1942

Pionierschule für schweren Brückenbau , Speyer (* 1942 ; Kaserne Rulandstraße)
renamed on 10.09.1944
Pionierschule 2
[moved 1945 : Rosenheim ?]
mentioned here e.g. : http://www.bsvspeyer.de/katspsst/KatSpSst3.htm

Pionierschule 3 , Regensburg (* 1943)

RE : Pionierschulen
Pi. Schule I
Kdr. Offz.Lehrg. - Ziebe O 1.06.1941 (22a)
Although called "Pi.Schule I" (which would be Karlshorst) it ought to be Pionierschule Dessau-Roßlau. Most probably the "I" has to designate the later known arabic "1" of the Roßlau school.
(...was talking about the sometimes confusing numbering system !)

arguments :
1) Major / Oberstleutnant Ziebe, former Kdr Pi.Btl 30
-> "[...] wurde als Kommandeur des Lehrstabs A, Offiziers-Ausbildung, an die Pionier-Schule nach Dessau-Roßlau versetzt..."
http://209.85.129.104/search?q=cache:js ... e&ie=UTF-8

2) the date (-> 01.05.1941 most probably) does fit very much with the existing Kdr list for the Offz-Lehrgänge (= Lehrstab A !) at Roßlau :
Kdr Offz-Lehrgänge
01.09.1939 (?) - 27.01.1940 (?) Maj Georg Reinicke
01.02.1940 - 01.05.1940 O Alfred Thielmann
01.05.1940 - 01.05.1941 OTL / O (1.8.40) Richard Zimmer

Artillerieschulen -> precising / details / corrections

Artillerieschule Jüterbog

until 12.10.1937 : Artillerie-Schießschule

the staff position of the
Kdr Schul-Lehr.Stab
redesignated on 12.10.1937
Kdr Lehrstab A

on 26.08.1939 : Lehrstab A renamed -> Waffenschule der Artillerie
(renamed "A" again on 18.05.1940)
(interim organisation due to the new Beobachtungs-Schule, formed from Lehrstab B ; also back to old structure on 18.05.1940)

formed according to Tessin :
* 20.02.1940 : Lehrstab für Offz.-Schießlehrgänge
* 10.08.1941 : Lehrstab T
* 15.01.1942 : Lehrstab C (Vermessungs- und Kartenwesen)

So, the following entries are getting a clearer sense and can be listed correctly (GL Curt Ebeling should be listed exactly now with all his school commands) :
Kdr Lehrstab ?
01.10.1934 - 06.10.1936 O / GM (1.10.35) Hans Kratzert

Kdr Art-Lehr-Stab

Kdr. Lehrstab T - Keßler Oberst 1.04.1942 (79)
corrected version :

Kdr Schul-Lehr.Stab
01.10.1934 - 06.10.1936 O / GM (1.10.35) Hans Kratzert
06.10.1936 - 12.10.1937 OTL Curt Ebeling

redesignated on 12.10.1937
Kdr Lehrstab A [called Artillerie-Waffenschule from 26.08.1939 to 18.05.1940]
12.10.1937 - 09.06.1940 OTL / O (1.4.38) Curt Ebeling

15.04.1942 - 01.02.1944 O Walter Herold

Lehrstab T (* 10.08.1941)
Kdr
10.08.1941 ? - ?? OTL / O (1.4.42) Keßler
