Obersteutnant i.G. Walter Model presenting the funeral pillow of char. General der Infanterie Edwin von Stülpnagel in March 1933.

von Stülpnagel was 13.09.1932 - 06.03.1933 Präsident des “Reichskuratoriums für Jugendertüchtigung“.
He was in retirement since 31.10.1931 and his authority was pro forma subordinated to the minister of the interior of the Reich.
He died 06.03.1933 on embolism after an operation on his leg.
He had no successor !!

Model was however Chef des Stabes des “Reichskuratoriums für Jugendertüchtigung“ from 13.09.1932 until 30.09.1933 (for liquidation)
