the person on the picture doesn't wear the German cross in Gold which this person does (while in the meantime lacking a Panzervernichtungsabzeichen). Thus, I find it improbable but still there's a possibility.

Bundesarchiv unfortunately does not have a good caption here. The RKT immediately next to Goebbels was obviously Otto Ude. But we cannot see a RKT Hase here.

Paul v Hase reached the rank of GenLt but was never a RKT.
Karl Günther v Hase was a RKT but earned in 1945

Hallo,

some hot information, I found during the work for my book and maybe found your interest.
Gerhard Konopka of "GD" got the CCC in Gold in June 1943 as 1st soldier and so was a view weeks before Hans Juchem from "Wiking". The date 1945 in Dörrs Book in complete wrong. I found the correct date in Konopkas Wehrpass.
