A few days ago VJK posted a picture on the Knight Holders Identification section of a general that very likely is Wilhelm SCHNECKENBURGER. His features looked familiar to me and reviewing this "Request for Identification" Section I found on page #18 the second picture.
Don´t you agree that they are the same person?
Cheers.

Good old Miocid has not missed a beat. Yup, Bieler.

Yes, Valdis and I agreed the two pics were the same person and was Schneckenberger. Jürgen agreed they were the same person but may not be Schneckenberger

The officer behind Schaal was identified elsewhere as Wolfgang Thomale.

Since yesterday you can search for Life pictures in google images and there you can search the Jaeger's collection, I have found there a very interesting color picture with some unidentified generals, who are they?

I think:
1- Erhard Milch
2- Hans-Jürgen Stumpff (?)
3- Ernst Udet
4- Admiral Max Bastian (?)

The color pic Duchamp posted was on the occassion of AH's 50th Birthday, so 20.4.1939.

1. GenObst Milch, Inspek Gen of LW
2. Gen d Fl Stumpff, Chief of Air Defence RLM
Notice they were both wearing the breast star of Yugoslavian Order of the Crown. Heer general behind Adm Bastian was also wearing the neck order.
Udet seemed to have the breast star of the Spanish Air Force Order of Merit right underneath
3. GenLt Udet, Lufflugzeugmeister u Planning Chief RLM
4. Adm Bastian President of Reichs Welfare and Supply Court
5. I am putting my money on GenLt Dransfeld, Inspek Motor Transport Affairs LW. He was a WW1 pilot so the Flieger Errinerungs Abzeichen. But the tell-tale were the two Sachsen awards, one being the Albert Order with Swords

In between Stumpff and Udet, the LW general was GenLt Christiansen, KorpsFhr NSFK -- PLM was prominent.
This is an amazing pic. I still can't ID the others. I see 4 generals and 1 Verwaltungsoffz behind.

Cheers
Freiherr

7. Kuno-Hans von Both?

Don't take this as red, I'm awful at identification. If anyone here were to get assaulted in any way you best hope that I am not the only witness because convictions will be quashed as I draw blanks at police lineups. :(

v Both would be showing his PLM and not a lowly Yogoslavian Order.
