Number 2 on post #5588 is Gen.Maj.z.V. Eugen HÖBERTH.

It's indeed Heinrich von Vietinghoff. The first picture was taken in 1940 and showing, FLTR: Oberst Rudolf Hofmann (Chef des Generalstabes XIII. Armeekorps), General der Panzertruppe Heinrich von Vietinghoff-Scheel (Kommandierender General XIII. Armee-Korps), and Oberstleutnant Anton Glasl (Ia Erster Generalstabsoffizier XIII. Armeekorps)
