NO. It´s not WOYTASCH.
You can compare these two pictures. One shows WOYTASCH and the other is "my general". Both show different attire and I don´t think they were allowed to change costumes.

I cann´t say wether he´s Ernst WENNING since I haven´t seen any good picture of him. However, I am inclined for GenLt Hans-Georg ZANTHIER, although I´m not 100% sure. The only reliable picture of him I have seen is the one I´m attaching, taking while he was a POW-
