Ref-15397 and 15400 would say GM Ferdinand Bock von Wulfingen
as Wehrersatz-Inspekteur Berlin from 1/10/1934.

I still don´t understand why the full picture is not posted. It certainly helps a lot for a good identification.
By the way, your general is Otto HARTMANN. But don´t do it again.

2.-GenLt Mauritz freiherr von STRACHWITZ (887 ID)
3.-GenLt Konrad MENKEL (329 ID)
4.-GenMaj Kurt HAEHLING (126 ID)

8.-GenMaj Johannes-Oskar BRAUER (207 ID)
9.-GenLt Gottfried WEBER (XVI AK)

The second picture shows much clearer general #6.
