Hello!

Could anyone help me identify those officiers/generals? The photos were taken during the 1st june 1940 parade in Lille.
The first one: Hans Speth, Kurt Waeger and Arthur Kullmer
The third one: Heinrich Meyer-Bürdorf, Kurt Waeger and Hans Speth

Thanks a lot, that was fast! Any idea why Waeger is wearing a leather coat in the first photo and changed to a "normal" coat in what seems to be the same day? Is it for the parade? It's Waeger both times right?

Also, could the guy with the sword nearly cropped out on picture three be Arthur Kullmer? You can also see him on picture #2!

Sorry, I am not 100% sure. Or do you think it could be (the guy with the sword) another unknown General?

1: Speth; 2: Waeger; 3: unknown General; 4: unknown General?; 5: Meyer-Bürdorf

I'd say number 4 is Arthur Kullmer! But hard to say! But I think he is the same dude that we can see on picture 3 with the sword!

Hi Gregg, maybe you meant Alfred Waeger, Kommandierender General XXVII. Armeekorps?

The correct information for this photo is the following: "Admiral Hermann von Fischel und weitere Offiziere bei Einweihung der Atlantikwall Batterie Todt, Nordfrankreich, 1942".
Kriegsmarine Großadmiral

Hi! So, his name is Alfred Waeger and not Kurt Waeger? So many sources are calling him Kurt! Is it a common mistake or both Kurt and Alfred were in Lille at the same time? :D
I'm a bit lost now haha!

Thanks!

Okay, thanks a lot! Now I know he was called Alfred and not Kurt! It is such a common mistake on internet! 8O
