I would say Paul Völckers as well but for some reason not
wearing his DkIG he won the before KC with 78 Sturm Div.

I don't know who it is but I don't think it is Jauer, ears are quite different.

I agree with JC. He does not look to me like JAUER.
Talking about JAUER, I had almost forgotten that the general identified as Georg JAUER on page #143 of this thread is , in my opinion, Gen.der Inf. Otto LASCH instead.
