Hello, guys!

What do you think about this general? It could be Siegmund Freiherr von Schacky in my view.

Hi Ruslan,

Yes, that is Siegmund Freiherr von Schacky auf Schönfeld.
Thanks for confirmation, Valdis!

7.jpg (39.9 KiB) - RK holder looks like Ludwig Kirschner and General maybe Ernst Haccius, commander of 46 I.D.. Not 100% sure in Haccius.

Best wishes
Ruslan

Who is the German general?

I have long given up on Geyer -- the man couldn't have the same face for more than a few pictures :x . But I think that's him -- the one with Guderian is a match.

Hello, guys!

What do you think about this? Could it be future GM Albert Buck? I see similarities in face features, nose, ears, wrinkles. And his interesting feature that sometimes he wore EKI Spange without EKI. My doubts in hairstyle, in particular, central lock of hair, but it's maybe due of different hairdos.

Hi, Alif

1) Another two unidentified generals at the top... (left: General der Infanterie Enno von Rintelen; right: General der Infanterie Walter von Unruh).

2) Unidentified generale... Source: László Gulyás collection (1st pic: Günther Korten).

All the best.

Page 201 - 5BUQ eb.JPG - I think this is awarding ceremony for Hans - Kurt Höcker and other general it's Hans Zorn (XXXXVI Pz K). This confirms information that Zorn returned for active command of Panzerkorps in january 1943 and not june, which we can find in some sources.

Well done. Höcker and Zorn they were.

Regarding Rintelen and Korten, agreed. With Unruh, pity what could be PLM was blocked. But Unruh almost always wore a double ribbon bar and spange during WW2.

Standing in front of Rintelen was the insignia of a Primo Maresciallo dell'Impero -- I am a bit rusty but was Mussolini the only one with that rank?

There were only 2 Primo Maresciallo dell'Impero - Mussolini and King Vittorio Emanuele III.

Very best wishes,
