Hi Mansteinpearl, thank you for your answer, but I think it's not Mattenklott. The first general wearing goggle in your pic is General der Panzertruppe Joachim Lemelsen...

The Generalmajor with "Krimschild" is Eckhard von Geyso

Hi Miocid,

Middle pic was General Gouvernment -- so Haenicke on the left. von Roques could be 2R -- he was seen with many pics with what looks like the Ehrenzeichen für Deutsche Volkspflege but the DKiS may have put him out of consideration in GC. And of course Frank

Bottom pic was Antonescu with FW Rothkirch u Panthen

Cheers

Hello,

Unknown with STRAUSS presiding a parade in july 1940 in Brussels. cegesoma#97961.jpg :
I'd say it's Viktor von Schwedler with general Strauss.

And general on the airfield from previous page it's Friedrich Kirchner.

Best wishes
Ruslan

Thanks for your help for the last identifications.
The picture of the general with STRAUSS in Brussels got me confused. He looked to me lihe Otto HARTMANN but he did not fit because he was at that time in the Generalgouverment. Of course SCHWEDLER as comander of IV. AK was part at that time of the 9. Armee and a likely candidate, but his features did not fit well in my mind. Obviously he is SCHWEDLER.
In the picture with Hans FRANK I had already identified HAENICKE, but the second general was a mistery for me since he looks like wearing the RK and ROQUES was not a bearer of it. Could you please clarify this?
The third pictture with ANTONESCU I was not 100% sure that he was ROTHKIRCH und PANTHEN but now I am.

Here I continue asking for your help. Is the general between von SENGERund ETTERLIN and Dr. FRANEK the later Generalleutnant Fritz WENTZELL?

Finally a close enough pic of this to be definitive. I knew it wasn't Wentzell. Now it is clear it was Wilhelm Raapke of 71. ID under v. Senger u. Etterlin's XIV. Pz-Korps.

Now this is v Roques. If what Miocid posted had a DKiS, then it would be between 14.02.43 when it was awarded and 31.03.43 when he retired. A bit too warm for Lemberg in March 43?

Thanks Elwyn.
You are 100% correct. I had overseen RAAPKE when he was the obvious one.
It was my fault not to compare other NAC pictures. It is certainly ROQUES.

Cheers.

I´m attached another picture that might help.
Cheers.
