Hello, Andrey!

Bald general is Wilhelm Adam (Generalleutnant z.V.), another strongly reminds me of GL z.V. Walter Büchs. (not 100% sure). In any case, a very remarkable mixture of converted Kaiser's jacket with modern awards.

In this pic posted at AHF "Knight's Cross Holders Identification" thread, I believe the general blocked by Goebbels is Paul von Hase. Who is the general at far right?
