Pretty bizarre... certianly Busch. But caption said Schubert XXIII Korps Schubert (not him) and IR 184 86 ID [Otto] Schünemann (yes, that's him)

The man in the second pic is not Eugen Meindl. Meindl is a Generalmajor in 1941 and he do not have the order on his neck.

Im sorry I can not agree with you still .....because Eugen Meindl - General der Fallschirmtruppe - got Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross: 14 June 1941, like Generalmajor, Commander of Parachute Air Landing Assault Regiment 1. and person of the pic you see is Generalmajor " yes " and at the back side somebody wrote maybe wrong Oberstleutnant rank of the luftwaffe but the date is fine jun,1941 .

Top of three was Anton Grasser. Bottom of three probably Generalstabsoffizier with carmine waffenfarbe.
