If Oberst Sorko, then the general is possibly Hans Schlemmer......

This appeared a good decade ago with Militärzeit(?) Münster 1941 written on the back

I had it down as Joachim Peltz Kdr. Truppenübunsgplatz Munster WK X. But maybe Gerd Scherbening Div zbV 406 WK VI Münster! Some resemblance to the Sammlung Krug pic.

Cheers

Date is a bit off.....

But this is from a konvolut heavily related to WK VIII. In related pics we saw Kempski as Kdr Truppenübungsplatz Neuhammer WK VIII and whom I think must be v Amann earlier kmdr of Truppenübungsplaz Neuhammer and now before his appointment as Kmdt v Breslau.

Bornemann was Kdr Div Nr 148 WK VIII 01.09.39 - 10.01.40 and according to axishistory.com again in this position 07.02.40 - 10.10.40.
The date 13.10.42 is a bit awkward unless Bornemann was invited as former kmdr of the unit. But Koch Erpach (ex-R?) was easily explained by him being stellv WK VIII and v Schauroth (with glasses) as WEI Breslau

Sorry, but if you mean Karl Bornemann, former Austrian officer, then you are wrong. Wether reassamblance nor an austrian ribbon bar....

Christian

Hello Elwyn
ref. Your remark "That's not Eberhardt but Boehm-Tettelbach Kdr Korück 581 and Wilck QuM Korück 581"
Now it has full sense, bravo !
I guess that Wilck is the officer shawn with cross at his neck, is he ?
Do You mean that he was Qu.(Ib, Quartiermeister) not QuM, right ?
One last question, Who was the Ia ? Do You have an officer list of Korück 581 ?
Thanks, Rossano
