And - no I have no answer for location - yet!

But, a wild guess is - somewhere in Normandy, after D-Day - maybe

Looking at the trees without leaves, it looks rather like late fall or winter.

Hello

I have come to that also - but - if fall 1944 after D-Day - Rommel were wounded, away from Normandy and after october he was quite indisposed

So I think it is spring (early spring 1944) - what do you guys think?
