Generalleutnant Hermann Böhme (1896-1968) / V. AK

One source indicates that Hermann Böhme was Führer of V. AK from 01.05.44 until F.-W. Müller became Führer on 04.05.44. Most sources don't mention Böhme in this context at all. However it does make a certain sense: Böhme was the senior Division-Kdr. in the Korps at that time and this is right when V. Korps was overrun in Sevastapol where Böhme was captured while Müller was not!
Does anyone have primary source material that can clear this up for me?

I'm looking for a wartime pic of Hermann Böhme if anyone has one. I would like to know if he received the Spange zum EK 1. Klasse and the DKiS.

Thanks!

Why would we need a picture? Is there any reason to mistrust his card?

There are times in history when staying neutral means taking sides.

Is his DLB from NARA available, anyone? Does his NARA Dienstlaufbahn list the DKiS award date?

Hello Askropp and Stauffenberg
Strange, his Karteikarte reads DKiS but without award date (so, uncertain....)
Also,he is not mentioned/listed in the book with all DKiS-Trägern(so,award wrong ?)

Thanks Dave. So there is one further open issue with DKiS in my file: Toussaint. Do you happen to have his DLB?

No. I've only looked at three of the "T" rolls.
