Thanks gentleman for the kind answers! :)

How about the honorary ranks, is it also included in the list in Rangliste? The men like Todt, Ribbentrop, Speer, etc? I have checked on www.unithistories.com about Heer generals, but Epp (Franz Ritter) is not there! Is he also held the honorary rank of Generaloberst?

Todt was Generalmajor of the Luftwaffe
Ribbentrop was Allgemeine SS (not Waffen-SS)
Speer wasn' t a soldier!
.... and Ritter von Epp had the Charakter als General der Infanterie since 25.07.1935 (never Generaloberst)

Thank you Oberstab. I have seen picture of Todt with SS uniform, so he was also have honorary rank is the SS, right? About Speer, I have readt that Himmler offered him the SS rank of Oberstgruppenführer, but he declined. And Epp, in the LIFE images they always called him as Colonel General (example : http://images.google.com/hosted/life/l? ... %26hl%3Den)...

Hi,

Would anyone have an organizational structure (with department heads) of the Reichskriegsgericht? I am especially interested those who held general-equivalent rank, such as Alfred Schrag, Friedrich Neuroth, etc.

I have a listing of Generalrichters, Generalstabsrichters, etc, but Schrag does not appear on it. I know that he was an Oberkriegsgerichtsrat im Generalsrang (later Oberreichskriegsanwalt), but I thought those titles changed in 1944 with the formation of the TSD.

Then there is the title of Senatspräsident which I don't really know too much about.

Thanks,

Doug

Doug this would be a new very interesting thread
"Richter / Senatspräsident am Reichskriegsgericht".
You may open this new thread as a highlight for the New Year :)
.... and the information of "ljadw" is there - and only there please - highly welcome !!
I have some supplementary informations :milwink:

But please a remark to the right spelling: "Reichskriegsgericht" not Reichskreigsgericht. Krieg = war
For "Umlauts" please use the assignment under
"To include "special" characters (basically the characters not included in standard western A-Z) we have a function available when writing a post, just click on the omega-icon ..... " at

Thank you

IsThis Total The Number Of army Generals Who Served( 2733)......Over The Period 1933-1945......All Just The Number Generals At Any One Time ???
Does or Did The Number Stay The Same,

The numbers Of Generals Must Have Gone Up Or Down.....Murders/ KIA/ Heart Attacks/Suicides/ Assainations/Hangings/Knives in Backs !!!/Cancer/ DeMotions....Holidays On The Russian Front.......The Numbers Of generals Would Be Changing All The Time !!!

Over The Period Of 1933-45 There Must Be More Than 2733

Hello, The number 2734 is the total number who served in the Army, from 1939-1945. It does not, and SHOULD NOT, include retired and/or honorary generals. And yes, my list includes physicians, veterinarians, lawyers, beamtes, etc. If anyone wants to include certain retired generals, why not include all of the rest, which numbers 1077 german and 1350 austrians, all were alive and retired' More on this topic will follow. Harry
