Hello schloss adler and ljadw, I can add a bit to your questions about legal generals. Schuck served in the navy. Neuroth, Alexander Kraell, Joseph Seeboth, Hans Ulrich Rottka, Hermann Eichler and Walte Fischer served in the Air Force. All tbe other names served in the Heer, including Wilhelm Klein who retired in 1944. I hope this helps some. Happy New Year to all. Harry

Hello Kiwi, If you want a total of the generals from 1933 on, you can add 59 to the 2733 total. As far as the total of 2700 plus, which you feel is too low, look at the following. US had 1477, GB , not including the Commonwealth, had 3000, France had 1220, while Japan had at least 1900 army generals. Russia had at least 5066. Many years ago I read that China had around 9000 generals, but I only have found 3700. Best regards, Harry
