Who are these 3 men (1 officer) with Pz-Abzeichen WW I ?
I own this interesting foto. It shows a Heer Officer talking to a NSKK, & SS Officer. Notice all 3 of them are wearing what appears to me to be WW 1 Panzer Badges ! The Heer Officer looks familiar to me, but I just can't put a name to him. Do you know who he is? And if you know the names of the other 2 that would be great too! Thanks!

Wow! Three WWI Panzer badges in one group! I believe the Heer officer is the future Oberst Ernst Volckheim. Note the facial features, Wound Badge in Silver and WWI Panzer Badge. Here is a photo of him from the source cited below.
