Seeking promotion dates for this officer. I've got nothing. And if someone has his award dates for the EK's I & II, that would be just swell as well.

* 11.06.1913 in Fontanelle / Bacău, Romania.
† 18.09.1941 over the English Channel off Blankenberge northwest of Ostende, Belgium. As Kdr. II.Gruppe / Jagdgeschwader 26 “Schlageter”, went missing after encountering a Spitfire- and Hurricane-escorted flight of Bristol Blenheim bombers while flying FW 190A-1 >>schwarzer Winkel<< (Werk-Nr. 0028) (the first combat loss of an FW 190 in the war; he was most likely shot down by the 7.25 victory RAF ace Flying Officer Cyril Babbage (with RAF 602 Sqdn).
Adolph’s corpse washed up near Knokke, Belgium, on 12.10.1941. Gravesite: Kriegsgräberstätte in Lommel, Belgium (Block 38 / Grave 459).

09.07.1940-03.10.1940 Staffelkapitän of 8.Staffel / Jagdgeschwader 27.
04.10.1940-18.09.1941 Kommandeur II.Gruppe / Jagdgeschwader 26 “Schlageter”. In July 1941, this unit became the first equipped with the new Focke-Wulf FW 190 fighter.

* Aerial victories: 25 (1 in Spain and 24 on the Western Front) and 4 unconfirmed kills.
* Son of an Austrian school director. After the fall of the Austro-Hungarian Empire in 1918, he moved with his family to Germany.
