Some of that foreign decorations are really questionable. Hungarian and Romanian are bravery or military merit decorations, and Blomberg was retired from service from the begining of 1938. For this reason, annexation medals can be discarded too.

Photographic evidences show that he was awarded by Japan with the Order of the Rising Sun, and by Italy with the Order of Saints Maurizzio and Lazaro.

By the way, I have no notice about these two imperial awards for Blomberg:
Preußische Kaiser Wilhelm-Erinnerungsmedaille 1897
Mecklenburgisches MVK 2. Kl. am Band für Kämpfer (3.08.1917)
Any source about them?

I don´t think so, Tierry.

One pic of Blomberg wearing the Goldenes Ehrenzeichen der NSDAP and the Gemeinsames Flugzeugführer- und Beobachterabzeichen in Gold mit Brillanten.

Werner von Blomberg with Mussolini and other Italian officers.

What breast star is he wearing? It does not exactly look like the Order of SS. Maurice & Lazarus.

Thank you graveland. This was my own supposition, but did not want to bias any answers.

Any idea who the short Italian officer is beside von Blomberg? Is it the King of Italy?

That would certainly lend credence to the unknown decoration being the Italian Crown Order!
