Hello everyone!

I am looking for information about a pioneer leutnant Horst Erich Assmann [Aßmann], who served in the 549. (Grenadier-Division) Volks-Grenadier-Division on the Eastern Front during the war. He was in Stab/Pi.Btl. 1549.
I am asking because I recently obtained a grouping of award citations named to him.
