So according to Hans Major should be v. Foller´s last rank

Transferred to the E-Offizierkorps on 1.2.1939 with an RDA of 1.4.34 (525a). Promoted to Major on 1.6.40 (13). New Ordnungsnummer of (239) on 1.5.43.
