Question regarding more family research

As part of my ongoing family research i have now turned to my Grandmother who sadly is now dead, at the start of the war she worked at Osram i think which was a large factory manufacturing lightbulbs, she married an SS soldier and got a job as a Teletypist at Gorings HQ so i am told, question is would she be Luftwaffe or could she have just been a civilian worker, either way would i get service record from WasT?
Any help appreciated.
