On the top row, #4 and #5 are indeed Oldenburg and Hamburg.
On the bottom row, I think #3 is the Olympia-Ehrenzeichen 2.Klasse, which Warzecha received on 15.1.1937, but the image is not clear enough.

I think so, Dave. Do you know if Warzecha received any foreign decoration? I remember a very blurry pic with a breast star grand cross (maybe Italian Crown Order or Hungarian Merit Order), but I lose it and I'm not sure.

Greetings from Spain.

I don't know of any other foreign awards.

If the last ribbon is the Memelland Medal, then the ribbon before it has to be German. Indeed, according to regulations the only ones that would fit between the Olympia-Ehrenzeichen 2.Klasse and the Memelland Medal would be the Anschluss and Sudeten Medals. So maybe it is a Sudeten, with the red of the ribbon turned dark in the black&white photo.

If the last ribbon is something foreign, like the German-Italian Commemorative Medal, then any number of foreign decorations are a possibility.

Last 3 ribbons look like:
Olympia-Ehrenzeichen
Medaille zur Erinnerung an den 1. Oktober 1938
Medaille zur Erinnerung an die Heimkehr des Memellandes 1939
