Over the past few weeks I gathered quite a lot of new awards updates for the Admirals. Here they are.

1) Thanks to new photographic evidence, for Admiral z.V. Eugen Lindau viewtopic.php?f=5&t=239341&p=2179747&hi ... u#p2179747 please add:
-Schlesischer Adler-Orden II. und I. Stufe mit Schwertern
-Baltenkreuz II. und I. Klasse
Add both of these awards below the Marineverwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz (1918).

Delete the Rechtsritter des Königlich Preußischen Johanniter-Ordens (or possibly the Souveräner Malteserorden, grade unknown) and replace it with Ehren- und Devotionsritter des Souveränen Malteserordens (Grade not 100% confirmed) (write the text in the bracket in red like this).

Replace the Großherzoglich Hessische Tapferkeitsmedaille (not confirmed) with Herzoglich Braunschweigisches Kriegsverdienstkreuz II. Klasse (not confirmed) (write the text in the bracket in red like this).

Change the date of his Deutsches Kreuz in Gold to 07.01.1944

Change the date of his Wehrmacht-Dienstauszeichnung I. Klasse to (11. 02. 1939)
Add: -Königlich Bulgarische Kriegserinnerungsmedaille 1915/1918 (06. 02. 1942) (add this award below the Spange (1939) zum Eisernen Kreuz II. Klasse). The source for this award is the document (see photo below).

Delete the * after his Wehrmacht-Dienstauszeichnung I. Klasse (05. 03. 1937), also delete the text after the * below his awards. Leave the last sentence as it is (For sources on 2 different award dates...).
Change the date of his Eisernes Kreuz (1914) I. Klasse to (29. 06. 1919)

Delete the ** after his Kroatischer Kriegsorden der Krone des Königs Zvonimir I. Klasse mit Eichenlaub and also delete the text after the ** at the bottom. The date 05.02.1944 is the correct award date for this award.
Update the bracket after his Komturkreuz des Königlich Ungarischen Ordens des Heiligen Krone mit Schwertern like this: (05. 01. 1944, Approved on 17. 04. 1944)

*The EK II is visible on his ribbon bar. A badge award can also be seen on the photo but I can't confirm if that's the EK I. No further info on awards. 2 more ribbons are visible on his ribbon bar (see 2nd photo below). If anyone has any ideas on what they might be please comment.

Thanks to the help from Antonio Prieto on the GMIC forum, I have some updates regarding Spanish awards of 4 admirals.

Delete the Großkreuz des Königlich Spanischen Ordens für Verdienste zur See mit Weiß verliehen and replace it with Königlich Spanischer Orden für Verdienste zur See II. Klasse mit Weiß verliehen (23. 01. 1932)

Lietzmann wasn't awarded the Großkreuz of the Spanischer Orden für Verdienste zur See. We have the source for the II. Klasse below.


Also delete "Königlich Spanisches Militär-Verdienstkreuz III. Klasse mit Rot verliehen (class not confirmed, see the last ribbon in the first row on the last photo below)" and replace it with Königlich Spanisches Militär-Verdienstorden (Class unknown) (leave the text in the bracket in red like this). We have no proof for the class of Lietzmann's Spanisches Militär-Verdienstorden. The proof that he did recieve some class of this order is his ribbon bar, last ribbon in the first row.

Please also delete the first 2 paragaphs below the awards ("Cartaphilus told me that Lietzmann..." and "On the first photo below he is"), leave the last paragraph. Also delete the * after his Kommandeurkreuz des Kaiserlich Japanischen Ordens des Heiligen Schatzes, this is the correct class of this award for Lietzmann.

The Breast Star on his right side of the chest is still unknown. It could possibly be the Spanisches Militär-Verdienstorden but it's impossible to say from this photo.

The same document that reveals the award and award date for Lietzmann from above reveals the award date of Wever's Orden für Verdienste zur See. Note that his surname is misspelled as "Weber".

The Bulgarische Kriegserinnerungsmedaille was established in 1933, so the one written for Raeder in 1917 must be wrongly listed. The same award, but with Schwertern, is listed in 1937.

For the Königlich Bulgarische Kriegserinnerungsmedaille from 1937 please add 1915/1918 after the Kriegserinnerungsmedaille word.

You can also delete the (?) after the 1937 listing, and also delete all the text at the bottom.

Update his Württembergischer Friedrichs-Orden like this: Komturkreuz II. Klasse des Königlich Württembergischen Friedrichs-Ordens mit Schwertern (27. 11. 1915) There is an error in the Rangliste, the Class of this award for Isendahl is NOT Komturkreuz I. Klasse, there is no Breast Star on the photo.

Change the China-Denkmünze from Bronze to Stahl.
Also delete the "(not 100% confirmed) *" part, and delete the * at the bottom. Leave the sentence "Since Isendahl isn't listed in any of the Reichsmarine Rangliste (he retired in 1922), the source for some of the awards is his portrait photo where he is wearing a medal bar with 13 medals." Also, leave the sentence "The cross shaped dark medal (4th to last) is also a mystery." and everything below it.
Delete the part in between about the China-Denkmünze (I am not 100% sure only about the China-Denkmünze in Bronze...).

Who is this Konteradmiral with Hermann Densch ? Crdl Thierry

Graveland and me agreed it's not a Kriegsmarine Konteradmiral. It has to be a Kaiserliche Marine Konteradmiral a.D. who attended Kaiser Wilhelm's funeral and wore a Kriegsmarine uniform. You can notice a long medal bar and also an unknown neck decoration.
I will try and find possible candidates among the Kaiserliche Marine Konteradmirale.
