Please delete the -Großkreuz des Königlich Ungarischen Verdienstordens

Reason: We previously identified an admiral on a series of photos taken during the visit of Hungarian Regent Miklos Horthy to Helgoland in August 1938 as Witzell. That admiral was wearing the Stern of the Königlich Ungarischen Verdienstordens. Now, it turns out the admiral on these photos is not Witzell, but the retired Reichsmarine Char. Admiral Iwan Christian Hermann Oldekop.
