On this page: https://www.scribd.com/document/149116349/The Pour le mérite and the Prussian-Military Merit Cross in Gold and the Members-Cross I came across: Major Otto Plath (1879-1968) on 27.08.1918 as a Hauptmann.

I wonder if this officer is the same person that was later Zweiter Bürgermeister von Berlin - so would anyone have further info on this person?
