Re: unknown men
Hi,
Who is the officer?
But please look at his cap and eagle emblem carefully. Their colour looks like gold. Maybe he is a general.

Re: unknown men
Let's put this one to rest. The occasion was 29th Sept 1938 when the Munich conference took place between AH, Mussolini and Chamberlain. It was then the Bayerpost. Now it is the Sofitel München!

In September 1938, Friderici was Kmdr of 17 ID. It was him and not Prager, hence no PLM.
Cheers

You are right with the PLM.
But I have strong doubt about Friderici. Our man is an general without the red collar badges. Karl Ritter von Prager got the right to wear the uniform from Infanterieregiment 19 - a worth consideration?
SUPPLEMENT!

Looks like PLM

Re: unknown men
Is not a Heer officer. And what is the unknown collar insignia of the Heer officer on left?
It's a customs officer with "Zoll Regierungsrat" rank.
