Then, I think its Botho Elster, his successor. Both look very similar.

Hi guys, this is my first post on the forum! I've browsed for a while and always appreciate the resources available here.
I'm currently researching Hermann Göring's social circle at Carinhall, especially officers that would have spent a large amount of time around him. I'd deeply appreciate help identifying the officer that is circled in red:

I'm also looking for any pictures of his adjutant Werner Teske (most sources focus on his other adjutants Bernd von Brauchitsch and Erich Gritzbach).

It could possibly be:
