2 officers with uncertain names

Hello
1) Ob. z.V. Büttner : from lists + docs I have 2 different names (Eugen and Artur), which is correct ?
2) Otl. z.V. v. Pawel-Rammingen : same as above (Gehrke and Gercke), both in Internet too, but in Internet there is a third name as Gerke), so which of the 3 is correct ? Pls. from official docs. only
