I would be interested to also know what relation he was to Heinrich von Einsiedel.

The politician/Luftwaffe ace? If so, not really closely related. Heinrich Graf von Einsiedel was from the gräfliches Haus, which dates from 1745 and descends from the Scharfenstein line, which was separate from the Syhra line to which Heinrich von Einsiedel belonged since the early 1500s.

Oberst Heinrich von Einsiedel was the brother of Oberstleutnant (1.4.42) Johannes von Einsiedel, who was a WFVA Sachbearbeiter.

Also, Heinrich was Heinrich Ernst Burchard, not Burghard. He didn't have a Personalakte in the archives in Washington, so it's possible he was retired before 1945.

Burghard comes from the Sterberegister:

His older brother was the officer Detlev Innocenz Richard von Einsiedel.

Hello
You all know by now that I am strongly interested in correct full names. Apart that, in this case I have plenty of sources with Heinrich "Burchard" (like given by Dave above), and no sources at all with Heinrich "Burghard". So probably, although strange, the clerk wrote wrongly the name in the Sterberegister.

All editions of Gotha I have found, from before, during and after the war, have Burchard. Also, his father was Kassierer of the Familienrat of Haus Einsiedel and so was in a position to ensure the accuracy of the entries.

Thanks for the clarification. I guess the man in the OP would be very distantly related to Bismarck then?

Hello Jake
I believe that Burchhard is another mistake
For example, I found the Maj. i.G. Burchardt written as Burchhardt

That may be so. For what's worth, there is no name correction registered on the same Urkunde.
