Although he is still wearing the rank of an Uffz., it looks to me from fysical characteristics the award ceremony for Ofw. Josef Gretschmann, maybe awarded by ObSt.Arzt Pohlmann. There is no ObSt.Arzt with the rank of an Uffz. nor one who was awarded the RK.
