Three unidentified RKTs with Hermann Göring. In the Getty Images photo with Dönitz the RKT is on the extreme left. In the photo with Koch and Milch the Heer Officer is unidentified.

You're right, not Köhnke. He was in Spain and has the "Spanienkreuz mit Schwertern" but if you compare the ears, it was not Köhnke. Rossiwall could be, but he was an Oberstleutnant since May 1944, not only a Major as the man in this pic.
