3rd photo: considering the awards and their configuration, I would say not Graf, but rather Hptm. Heinz-Wolfgang Schnaufer?

Regarding #21801 I agree with Hugo: The photo depicts definitely Heinz-Wolfgang Schnaufer. Btw one can clearly identify the nightfighter clasp so Hermann Graf with his very special physiognomy is definitely no option.

Thank you Hugo and Schuddie - I think I recognise the Flugplatz Sint-Truiden cemetery (NJG1), so Schnaufer definitely makes sense.
