The KC on the right should be Richeard Bochenthin. Who is the General (?) on the left? Second pic shows an unidentified Oberst. Any ideas?

Thanks George & Hugo (I thought about Pommer too but I couldn't find an image of him and the last name looks different to me with these upward loops which indicates rather letters like 'l' or 'h'). It is for sure a wartime photo in brilliant quality with an old signature. I am a bit clueless

Regarding post 23096 (IMG1668) and post 23117 (second pic) I would like to add that on the reverse side is stated the following: 'Major u. Rgt. Kdr., Verleihung 3.12.1943'. Could this help?
