I second the opinion that it was Jordan.

Can't find anyone that tall to fit the bill when Jordan was kmdr 7 Div. I think I vaguely see Eichenlaub so Kmdr VI Copr mid 1943.... the other general was Seyffardt? Kmdr 205 Div. RK and DKiG fit for that time period.

Hi JH I agree with Freiherr taken as Cmdr 6th AK,as he was
awarded the DkiG in Dec 43 while as Cmdr.
The tall General not sure at the moment.
