Thanks John, for page 9 , UB XVI 2 = Matthias Poll
btw, the other one there - UB XV - was identified as Heinz Bödicker. Both Pioniere.

Re: Knight's Cross Holders Identification
Terry,
page 17 : Erich Bansen , s.Pz.Jäg.Abt. 519 , was identified.
If I recall correctly there was confusion with a similar pic, a pic of him again probably, which wasn't identified clearly. We will find again this incident if so.
page 7 : Rolf Tittel wasn't confirmed finally I think.
There was some doubt due to his rank. His last rank was Leutnant d.R.
Thanks, Bernd

Re: Knight's Cross Holders Identification
Now, Ste, page 32, which appears to be more tricky !
01.jpg = Karl-Lothar Schulz , no objection
The (Probably) Großdeutschland's RKT series :
RKT (12) was identified as Willy Langkeit. I'm pretty sure it's him.
but ?? :
RKT (10) was said to be Wilhelm Berg
RKT (8) - Heinrich Hogrebe
RKT (7) - Wilhelm Berg again maybe
The Brösamle / Plickat case :
the first pic on page 32 - broesamle.jpg - is indeed Karl Brösamle ? Or Fritz Plickat ?
next :
bscap026.jpg on page 31 :
Karl Brösamle ? Or another id : San.-Uffz Willy Pieper ?
Bernd

Re: Knight's Cross Holders Identification
Thanks a lot bake for the id, and Ingo for the confirmation. That was an easy one but my memory fails from time to time.
What about this one from Heer? Same site.

No, Bake, the Heer NCO above is Fuchs. I think the last photo posted shows Peter-Paul Breu.
