My version it's Heinrich Petersen (Kommandeur I./InfRgt 184). Ritterkreuz am 06.02.1942.

If "Major Petersen" is the person, than it must be Heinrich Petersen, KC 06.02.1942 (Kdr. I./IR 184).
+/KIA 07.08.1943, last rank OTL./Oberstleutnant.
