Hello, John,

Just saw your question and I did not immediately see that the officer next to Admiral Kähler was also a KC holder.

He looks like Kapitän zur See Viktor Schütze, but I can´t be certain. I will check my records.

Yes, I will confirm that the officer next to Admiral Kähler is Kapitän zur See Viktor Schütze. He is wearing the Oakleaf decoration to the KC in that pic.
