Can anyone tell me who are the two generals either side of Model?? If you know the Oberstleutnant? ID that would be good too Thanks

Hi trbooks,

Thanks for this nice photo of Model, did you have more ?


I thing this picture was take in summer 1943 ( kursk offensive) during a meeting with the 47th PZ korps.
The general with Lemelsen and Model look like general Walter Scheller ( 9th Pz Div.)

Ref Model -Lemelsen etc,It is def. Walter Scheller, Kdr. 9th Panzer Div., the officer with glasses is Obstlt i. G. Wilhelm von Rücker, Ia 15/Jan /43-to Jan 1944.
Born 1/2/1904, won a DkIG 15/12/43 with the Division
Promoted Oberst 1/5/44(3)

About (unk rkt (Robert Noss gmic.co.uk).jpg), I don't recognize him but he sports the Heeresbergführer badge next to his EK-I so he must (surely) be a member of the Gebirgstruppe, even if his uniform doesn't show it...
